How is pricing calculated?

Pricing is per user, per month, and decreases automatically as your organization adds more licenses — from $120/user on Team (1–10 users) down to $100/user on Enterprise (51–200 users).

What happens if a user doesn't use their storage?

Storage is pooled across your entire organization. Unused gigabytes from one user's 30 GB allocation remain available to the rest of the team — nothing is ever lost.

How is AI usage billed?

AI token consumption (Claude Sonnet 4.6, agents, MCP tools) is billed separately, based on actual usage, and is not included in the flat per-user monthly fare.

Do you offer a free plan?

Yes — Launch is free forever for early-stage founders and small teams managing their first deals and cap tables.
